- SASS do not provide Homebuyers Reports or Property Valuations
- We do not provide advice on basement conversions as this is deemed high-risk and very specialised.
- We do not provide EWS Surveys relating to medium and high-rise blocks since this is also deemed high risk and specialised, requiring disproportionately high insurance premiums which would ultimately result in higher fees
- We do not provide detailed structural calculations
- We do not provide advice for free, although with a passion for construction, we are generally prepared to visit site and offer preliminary advice, typically followed by a fee-quote for professional services.
